Hi, My company recently purchased a Leica Sprinter 150M unit and I've been trying to download the data but have run into issues with the export. Installation and connection of the instrument to the computer is good, but when it comes time to export the data the Report window gets to 'Exporting data to excel' and then pinwheels/doesn't respond when I click anything. Canon Multipass F10 Driver Windows 8. I've installed it on 2 laptops, one running Windows 8 and the other Windows 10, both experiencing the same issue.

In the pop up screen.sys provided in the driver directory of the package to the directory c: windows system32 drivers. Have you tried the 'ascii data listing' which is the third export button? Driver Canon Lbp 660 Xp more. If that works then it could be an issue with the sprinter software not being able to open excel for some reason. Like permissions, or it's installed in a location it can't find, or your virus software is blocking it, or it doesn't exist. It'll probably be something annoying like this. If the ascii data listing works then you can get the data out of the ascii file and drop it into excel and manipulate it afterwards.

I should've mentioned I'm using the USB cable to connect to my laptops.
